Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Average delivery time is 4–5 business days, depending on the destination country.

All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — this means all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided to you via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5–6 days of delivery.

Return shipments are accepted free of charge via our partnered UPS service.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Returned items that are damaged or not in resellable condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.
