SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ModelageArt, operated by MODELAGE DESIGN LLC (Florida, United States). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship internationally from our production location in Türkiye.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- Rest of the World: 3–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise (e.g., free shipping promotions).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over these fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure availability for delivery.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We will reasonably assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee resolution.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged:

- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain locations due to shipping limitations, legal restrictions, or risk factors.
